The fine print
Terms at a glance.
Who can apply. Any registered business or sole proprietor selling online, or about to, who is new to a paid QALLIX plan.
Automatic approval. Total sales across all channels under S$5,000 a month, or under S$50,000 in the last 12 months.
Everyone else. Applications above the threshold are reviewed case by case. Approval is at QALLIX's discretion.
One per company. The offer can be redeemed once per company and cannot be combined with other offers.
What is free. The QALLIX software subscription, with all Pro AI features, for six months from approval.
What is not. Marketplace fees, ad spend, Meta messaging charges, your ChatGPT or Claude subscription, and services such as fulfilment or marketplace management are billed separately.
AI beta. The MCP connector is in beta with limited slots. Startup members get priority, and invites go out in batches.
Fair use. AI and messaging usage is subject to fair use. If you are growing fast and need more, talk to us.

Before you apply.
How do I qualify?
If your total sales across all channels are under S$5,000 a month, or under S$50,000 over the last 12 months, you qualify automatically once we confirm your numbers. Pre-launch sellers qualify too.
My sales are above S$5,000 a month. Can I still apply?
Yes. We review those applications case by case, looking at your stage, your channels and how QALLIX would help, and reply by email.
Do I need investors or funding?
No. Bootstrapped and funded businesses are treated the same. What counts is your sales stage.
Which features do I get?
Everything in our Pro AI plan: the five-channel console, orders with fraud checks, Product Master, stock analysis, the marketplace chat inbox and the Verified Seller Programme. WhatsApp Business is in the pipeline. New features arrive in your account as they launch.
What is the AI connector?
It is a QALLIX MCP connector that links ChatGPT or Claude to your QALLIX account, so your own AI can create products in your account. More tools follow in stages. It is in beta with limited slots, and startup members get priority.
Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude plan?
To use the AI connector, yes. Custom connectors are available on selected ChatGPT and Claude plans, and we confirm what you need when we send your beta invite. Everything else in the programme works without one.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You are not asked for payment details to apply or to start, and you are never charged automatically when the six months end.
What is not covered by the free period?
The free period covers the QALLIX software subscription. Marketplace commissions, ad spend, Meta messaging charges, your AI subscription, and hands-on services such as fulfilment or marketplace management are separate.
What happens when six months are up?
We contact you ahead of time. You can stay on Pro AI, step down to a plan from S$38 a month, or export your data and leave. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
I already have a QALLIX account. Can I still apply?
If you are on a free plan today, yes. The offer is for businesses that are new to a paid QALLIX plan.
